Dog's Flower is a game demanding a high level of dexterity – “4 Paws” on a scale of 1 (easy) to 4 (very difficult). The game trains your dog’s concentration and dexterity, and boosts its natural instincts of curiosity, drive to play and sense of smell. Thanks to its many variable designs this game can be played with beginners as well as more advanced players.

And what about that pup that naturally herds, dog toys that require problem-solving engages necessary thinking skills of herding breeds. INTERACTIVE PUPPY FEEDING TIME: Encourage your pet to slow down their feeding time allowing for better digestion and the prevention of bloating as they seek and find food or treats in a fun enriching way. This treat dispensing dog toy can be used to feed your puppy healthy snacks or dry kibble – solving the food puzzle creates an engaging, slowed down mealtime.
INNOVATIVE GAME FOR PETS: As a disk-shaped pet puzzle, DOG’S FLOWER aims to raise the curiosity of your pet with a circular object. This interactive puzzle game consists of a round base and two platforms that spin independently of each other. Ten cylinders placed inside of two levels of wooden platforms require your furry friend to first remove them from their designated spaces before spinning the flower-shaped platform to find more treats.
HOW IT WORKS: 1. Place treats in slots under the pieces of the game board. 2. Encourage your pet to move the pieces and find his reward. 3. Praise your pet each time they move a piece and discover a hidden treat

Tip:
We recommend that you start the game with fewer pieces, as your dog may lose motivation if it is not able to solve the game after a few attempts. Let your dog watch as you hide the treats in the game to stimulate its curiosity. By being patient, showing it how the game works and giving it encouragement, you can ensure your dog will enjoy playing the game with you and will solve the puzzle, boosting its self-confidence.
Never let your dog play unsupervised, and intervene if it starts to chew pieces of the game. Regularly check the pieces for any damage such as splinters. Clean by wiping with a damp cloth, and do not use abrasive cleaners.
Additional information
“Dog's Flower ” is made of certified wood covered in a water-based varnish that is not harmful to humans and animals. Please keep the game dry and free of water, as the wooden pieces may swell otherwise. Use only dry treats for playing.

We aim to provide the most affordable rate to everyone all over the world! All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is calculated either by actual weight or volumetric weight.

We use DHL eCommerce/Express, UPS worldwide saver, Aramax, SF Express and Speedpost. All shipping methods comes with tracking.
- TRANSIT TIME -
The transit time for each destination country will be displayed at checkout along with the shipping cost.

Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

- RETURNS -
If you wish to return an item, email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com within 3 days from the date order is delivered. We will issue you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced.
We do not accept return for food, litters, sanitary goods, gift cards, toys, health and personal care items and sale items.
- EXCHANGES -
Please note you can only exchange for incorrect items received. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Exchange is not guaranteed and is subjected to our review of the returned product.
All shipping charges of the replacement item will be cover by you along with any relevant import duty and tax charges will that may apply.
- REFUNDS (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a refund store credit will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
Do note that when you return an item, you lose the reward points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
- FAULTY GOODS -
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 48 hours of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
- COLORS -
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your rewards tab that you will be able to access via the drop page under rewards program or the tab on the bottom left, if still not in again try refreshing the page.
