Ingredients

Seaweed (dulse, nori, kombu, wakame, Laminaria Longicruris, sea lettuce, kelp), organic pumpkin powder, organic whole ground blueberries, organic whole leaf wheatgrass powder, organic coconut flour, organic inulin, human grade, non-GMO probiotic (dried Bacillus coagulans), organic ground turmeric

Instructions

Mix with food once daily at meal time. If feeding wet food, mix in directly. If feeding dry food, mix with small amount of water.

My pet is already healthy, so why should I add Because Animals’ Superfood Supplement to my dog’s and cat’s food?

Seaweed for cats and dogs? I’ve never heard of that. Is seaweed healthy for my pet?

Seaweed - especially kelp - has a very long history of being included in animal food. Early animal caretakers observed that feeding their animals seaweed resulted in advantages such as improved coat shine, greater resistance to infection, as well as increased reproduction in farmed animals. Although cats and dogs did not evolve to eat seaweed, many veterinarians, scientists, as well as some other pet food companies regard seaweed as an extremely healthy addition to our pets' diets.

Most pet food companies leveraging the benefits of seaweed include the brown algae, kelp, in their formulas. However, since green algae, red algae and brown algae all have slightly different health benefits, our Superfood Supplement includes a blend of all three types of seaweed. All seven species of algae included in our Superfood Supplement have been approved by The Association of American Feed Control Officials for inclusion in cat and dog food.

Does Because Animals’ Superfood Supplement contain all of the vitamins, minerals and amino acids that my cat and dog need in order to remain healthy?

No. Most commercial pet foods are already formulated to include all the nutrients needed for your pet to survive.

I feed my pet a homemade diet. Will Because Animals’ Superfood Supplement provide my pet with all of the essential nutrients that might be lacking from their food?

No. Because Animals’ Superfood Supplement was not designed as a complete vitamin and mineral supplement. We recommend that you consult with a veterinary nutritionist to help formulate a nutritionally-complete and balanced diet for your pet.

What is the ratio of omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids in each of Because Animals’ Superfood Supplements?

As is the case for humans, consuming the proper balance of dietary omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids is important for cats and dogs. Current recommendations are for ratios of 10:1 to 5:1 for omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acids, respectively. Most commercial pet foods contain too much omega-6 fatty acid relative to omega-3 fatty acid, so adding an additional source of omega-3 fatty acid is often recommended.

The omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acid ratio in both Because Animals' Superfood Supplements is 1:1.

We aim to provide the most affordable rate to everyone all over the world! All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is calculated either by actual weight or volumetric weight.

The cost for heavy and bulky items can be really exorbitant. You may use a forwarder or contact us hello@creaturelandstore.com and we can try to work a way for you!

 We use DHL eCommerce/Express, UPS worldwide saver, Aramax, SF Express and Speedpost. All shipping methods comes with tracking.

- TRANSIT TIME - 

The transit time for each destination country will be displayed at checkout along with the shipping cost.

Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

- RETURNS -

If you wish to return an item, email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com within 3 days from the date order is delivered. We will issue you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced. 

We do not accept return for food, litters, sanitary goods, gift cards, toys, health and personal care items and sale items.

- EXCHANGES -

Please note you can only exchange for incorrect items received. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately. 

Exchange is not guaranteed and is subjected to our review of the returned product.

All shipping charges of the replacement item will be cover by you along with any relevant import duty and tax charges will that may apply.

- REFUNDS (if applicable) -

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, a refund store credit will be credited to your account within 3 working days. 

Do note that when you return an item, you lose the reward points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.

- FAULTY GOODS -

Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 48 hours of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

- LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable) -

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your rewards tab that you will be able to access via the drop page under rewards program or the tab on the bottom left, if still not in again try refreshing the page.
