We process local orders within 1 business day, and your goodies should arrive in 2–3 working days. Don’t worry — every order is trackable! 🐾

Yes! Simply select the “Self-Collect” option at checkout. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a pickup notification via email to schedule your preferred date and time for collection.

Order cancellations are subject to approval, depending on the order status at the time of your request.
Yes, your entire order will be delivered together once all items are available.
If you’d like to have the in-stock items shipped first, please contact us to arrange a partial shipment.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order is dispatched, along with a tracking link to follow your delivery.
Alternatively, you can log in to your account anytime to check your order status.
If you have an issue during the delivery, you may contact the our delivery partners directly or chat with us.
We accept a wide range of secure payment options, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, UnionPay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, and PayNow.
You can also pay in instalments with Atome or GrabPay (3-month instalment plan at 0% fee).
International Shipping
Overseas orders: typically 7–14 working days depending on the courier selected at checkout. All orders are trackable.
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs will apply and are added at checkout.
The amount you pay at checkout does not include import duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees. These charges are set by your country’s customs authority and vary by destination. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We are not liable for shipments that are bounced, rejected, or discarded due to unpaid duties or non-compliance. Any return shipping, handling, or re-delivery fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Parcels may be rejected if required duties, taxes, or other import fees are not paid. Your local customs authority or shipping carrier will contact you for payment prior to release.
If duties remain unpaid, the shipment may be returned to sender or abandoned. Any reshipping will incur additional shipping charges.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for detailed import regulations before placing an order.
Important: We do not recommend shipping food products, liquids, or health supplements without confirming your country’s import restrictions, as some destinations enforce stricter regulations.
In the event that a parcel is returned to us, we are only able to refund the cost of the item(s). Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return, Refund & Exchange
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date your order is delivered for:
- Defective products
- Size exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8890 5339 within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original untorn packaging
- With tags attached
- In the same condition as received
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Non-returnable items
- Dog clothes that have been worn, tried on, washed, or used
- Items with stains, fur, odour, or signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or tags attached
- Beds, blankets, mats, and other fabric items that have been used
- Grooming items, bowls, toys, or accessories that have been opened or used
- Sale and clearance items
- Items specifically stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable in the product description, such as the Adidas Collection
For returns approved for reasons other than defective items or size exchanges, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit with no expiration date.
Please note:
- Store credit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the parcel until it safely reaches us. We strongly recommend using a traceable and/or insured shipping service

You may arrange your own return delivery or drop off the item at our studio.
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If you received a damaged or defective item, you can choose to exchange it for a new one or request a full refund to your original mode of payment.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damaged item for assistance.
No, sale and clearance items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
All discounted items are considered final sale.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, store credits are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once your store credit has been issued.
For cases where a refund to the original payment method is approved (such as for damaged items or out of stock item), you’ll also receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Please note that it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect, depending on your payment provider.

Yes! You’re welcome to visit our CreatureLand Studio to try out our products in person.

For hygiene reasons, clothing, bed and other fabric items cannot be tried on before purchase. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Our CreatureLand Studio is located in 22 Sin Ming Lane #08-86, Midview City, Singapore 573969.
Visits are by appointment only, and our usual hours are Tuesday to Friday, 12 PM – 7 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 12PM - 5PM.

Store Credit and E-Gift Card
Store credit is issued when a return or refund is approved.
The credit will appear in your account and has no expiration date. You can use it anytime for future purchases.
A CreatureLand E-Gift Card is a digital gift card you can send instantly to your loved ones. It can be used to shop any product on our online store.
Simply select your preferred value from the E-Gift Card page, add it to cart, and complete checkout.
Once payment is confirmed, you or your recipient will receive the E-Gift Card via email with a unique code ready to use.
No, CreatureLand E-Gift Cards have no expiration date.
You can use them anytime for future purchases.
