Agent 008” is an innovative dexterity game for dogs. It was developed by My Intelligent Pets and is currently under patent application. The game consists of a wooden frame that the numbers zero, zero, and eight (008) have been carved out of to provide openings for pieces of the game (so-called hats) and 5 bricks (3 hats and 2 barrels).
The pieces can only be inserted and taken out at two openings, at the left (the first zero) and at the right (the seven). There are three sliders between the numbers that can close or open the openings at the numbers – depending on whether the dog pushes the sliders in the right direction or not.

How to Play:
- Step 1: Let the dog watch as you set up the game in order to stimulate its curiosity. Hide your dog’s favourite treats beneath the hats. Then move the pieces from the opening on the left-hand side into the appropriate ducts.
- Step 2: Encourage your dog to start searching. Be patient and show it how the game works. For instance, you could show it where a treat is waiting for it. This way you can make sure that your dog enjoys playing the game together with you and can solve the task.
- Step 3: Initially use only a few pieces and set the game at an easier level (with the ducts at the slider corresponding with the ducts by the numbers). Increase the level of difficulty by adding pieces only when your dog can solve these problems without any difficulty. That way your dog is constantly dealing with new challenges, and the game provides a meaningful and appropriate activity that it enjoys.
Tip:
You can vary the level of difficulty by positioning the sliders appropriately. If the sliders are already attached to the openings by the numbers, the game is easier to solve, but the game becomes more difficult if your dog has to move the sliders to these openings. In addition, you can change the level of difficulty with the number of pieces (hats) used.
Never let your dog play unsupervised, and intervene if it starts to chew pieces of the game. Regularly check the pieces for any damage such as splinters. Clean by wiping with a damp cloth, and do not use abrasive cleaners.
Additional information
“Agent 008” is made of certified wood covered in a water-based varnish that is not harmful to humans and animals. Please keep the game dry and free of water, as the wooden pieces may swell otherwise. Use only dry treats for playing “Agent 008”.

Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

- RETURNS -
If you wish to return an item, email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com within 3 days from the date order is delivered. We will issue you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced.
We do not accept return for food, litters, sanitary goods, gift cards, toys, health and personal care items and sale items.
- EXCHANGES -
Please note you can only exchange for incorrect items received. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Exchange is not guaranteed and is subjected to our review of the returned product.
All shipping charges of the replacement item will be cover by you along with any relevant import duty and tax charges will that may apply.
- REFUNDS (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a refund store credit will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
Do note that when you return an item, you lose the reward points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
- FAULTY GOODS -
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 48 hours of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
- COLORS -
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your rewards tab that you will be able to access via the drop page under rewards program or the tab on the bottom left, if still not in again try refreshing the page.
