Chew Safety
Always supervise your dog during chew sessions and choose the appropriate size and durability based on their weight, age, and chewing style. As your dog chews, it is normal for BetterBone to wear down and release small, rice-sized flakes — this controlled flaking is designed to be safer than sharp splinters from traditional bones, wood, or antlers. If your dog is breaking off larger pieces, discontinue use and switch to a larger size or harder durability. Inspect regularly and replace when showing moderate signs of wear.

We aim to provide the most affordable rate to everyone all over the world! All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is calculated either by actual weight or volumetric weight.
The cost for heavy and bulky items can be really exorbitant. You may use a forwarder or contact us hello@creaturelandstore.com and we can try to work a way for you!

We use DHL eCommerce/Express, UPS worldwide saver, Aramax, SF Express and Speedpost. All shipping methods comes with tracking.
- TRANSIT TIME -
The transit time for each destination country will be displayed at checkout along with the shipping cost.

Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

If your order is returned to us (“bounced”) due to non-compliance or refusal at customs, you will be liable for any return shipping fees, handling charges, and re-delivery costs.

Buyer Responsibilities

RETURNS
We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days from the date your order is delivered for:
- Defective products
- Size exchanges
To request a return or exchange, please email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8890 5339 within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original untorn packaging
- With tags attached
- In the same condition as received
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Non-returnable items
- Dog clothes that have been worn, tried on, washed, or used
- Items with stains, fur, odour, or signs of wear
- Items without original packaging or tags attached
- Beds, blankets, mats, and other fabric items that have been used
- Grooming items, bowls, toys, or accessories that have been opened or used
- Sales and clearance items
- Items specifically stated as non-returnable or non-exchangeable in the product description, such as the Adidas Collection
For returns approved for reasons other than defective items, refunds will be issued in the form of store credit with no expiration date.
Please note:
- Store credit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability at the time of request.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the parcel until it safely reaches us. We strongly recommend using a traceable and/or insured shipping service.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Upon review and approval, we will:

Exchange it for another item of your choice (subject to availability)
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective.

If you wish to exchange for a different product (not due to defect or incorrect item), we recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order separately.

REFUNDS (STORE CREDIT)
All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit with no expiration date (shipping fee will not be applicable for refund).
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

BetterBone chews are made from plant-based materials and contain no nylon, rawhide or animal by-products. They are designed to gradually flake as they wear rather than form sharp splinters.
The textured surface provides dental enrichment while keeping dogs occupied. BetterBone is also available in different densities for puppies, adult dogs, senior dogs and strong chewers.
The right BetterBone depends on your dog’s age, size, dental condition and chewing strength. Choosing the correct density can provide a more comfortable and longer-lasting chewing experience.
Soft BetterBone is best suited to teething puppies, senior dogs and gentle chewers. It is the softest density and is easier on developing or more sensitive teeth.
Soft BetterBone may wear down quickly when given to a strong adult chewer.
Medium BetterBone is a balanced everyday choice for most adult dogs and moderate chewers.
Choose Medium when Soft wears down too quickly but your dog does not require the extra firmness of Hard BetterBone.
Hard BetterBone is designed for powerful chewers and dogs that quickly wear through softer chew toys.
Dogs should have healthy, fully developed teeth before using the Hard density. No dog toy is indestructible, so supervision is still required.
Choose a BetterBone that is appropriate for your dog’s weight, mouth size and chewing habits.
The chew should be large enough that your dog cannot swallow it whole or fit the entire toy inside its mouth.
For dogs between sizes or particularly determined chewers, selecting the larger size may provide a safer and more durable chewing experience. Always follow the sizing recommendations shown on the individual product page.
BetterBone is a chew toy and is not intended to be eaten or used as a meal replacement.
Small flakes may appear as the chew gradually wears down. This is part of its intended design.
Always supervise your dog while chewing. Remove the BetterBone if your dog breaks off large pieces, attempts to swallow chunks or wears it down to a size that could become a choking hazard.
Replace any chew that becomes heavily worn, damaged or too small for safe use.
