The Leaky Gut Protocol addresses the root causes of leaky gut and helps support healing.

PRE-STEP: READY
Anti-Vaccinosis
Directions: Give 0.5 ml twice a day for two (2) days only. Give 20 minutes before or after food. Contamination warning: do not allow dropper to make contact with mouth.
After completing the 2-day pre-step (Anti-Vaccinosis), begin steps 1-2-3-4 at the same time. The products in steps 1-2-3-4 (Liver Tonic, Healthy Gut, Gut Soothe & Gut Seal) can be given in food together at the same time, as directed.
STEP 1: REMOVE
Liver Tonic
Twice a day give the full suggested dosage to your pet. Squirt the liquid directly into your pet's mouth or add it to their food. Give daily until the bottle is finished.
STEP 2: REBALANCE
Healthy Gut
Directions: Divide your dog’s recommended daily dose and add evenly into each meal.
STEP 3: REPLENISH
Gut Soothe
Directions: Add your dog’s dosage to food once (1) per day.
STEP 4: RESTORE
Gut Seal
Directions: Add to food, eight (8) pumps per day. Administer daily until the bottle is finished.
Many animals achieve the desired symptom resolution or relief with just one kit. Other pets with deeper issues may require ongoing support or multiple kits. You should see gradual improvement as long as you are using it, but if the improvement stops or conditions appear to be worsening, then you may need to use the Yeasty Beast Protocol and then go back to the Leaky Gut. When your animal improves completely on the protocol then it is always a good idea to do one protocol a year to help keep the gut in prime condition.
While you continue to use drugs you will continue to create damage, BUT you can't just stop any drugs cold turkey! We believe that a slow decrease (so as not to shock the body) is best, but please always check with your vet to ensure that any drugs your animal is on are compatible and to find out how to wean off of them.
This depends on a number of things:
How long your animal has been ill
How much medication he or she has been on
If you are supporting them with nutritious whole real food and not processed food
We have seen animals improve in 1 week while some take 1 month to show improvement.

We use DHL eCommerce/Express, UPS worldwide saver, Aramax, SF Express and Speedpost. All shipping methods comes with tracking.

Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

What to Expect: Step-by-Step
Place Your Order – After checkout, your item will be prepared and shipped to your address.
Shipment Arrives at Customs – Customs assesses whether duties, taxes, or fees apply based on the product type, value, size, and origin/destination.
Provide Required Information – You may be asked for ID numbers (SSN, EIN, IRN/TIN, EORI). Carriers will contact you for details and payment.
Pay Any Duties and Taxes – Payment may be required before delivery, at delivery, or shortly after.
Complete Delivery – Once cleared by customs, your carrier delivers the parcel.
Buyer Responsibilities
You are responsible for paying import duties in a timely manner and for ensuring your order complies with your local import regulations. Failure to comply can lead to return-to-sender, storage fees, or abandonment of goods. If a shipment is returned or discarded, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs.

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered for:
Defective products
Size exchanges
To request a return, please email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8890 5339 within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.
Items must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With tags attached
In the same condition as received
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or used will not be accepted.
For reasons other than defective items or size exchange, approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit with no expiration date.
Please note:
Store credit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the parcel until it safely reaches us. We strongly recommend using a traceable and/or insured shipping service.
If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Upon review and approval, we will:
Replace the item with a new one, or
Exchange it for another item of your choice (subject to availability)
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
Exchanges are available for:
Incorrect items received
Size exchanges (within 7 days of delivery)
All exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of request.
If you wish to exchange for a different product (not due to defect or incorrect item), we recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order separately.
Shipping fees for replacement items and any applicable import duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.
All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit with no expiration date.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
