With the slogan "Make Our Dogs' Precious Moments More Enjoyable" and the goal of making our pet live a more comfortable, safer and happier life. iCANDOR features fun colorful designs, the mountains, the blue sea, the nature-friendly city, and the modernity and dynamism of Seoul have inspired much of the creative designs.
It is the world's first pet carrier that can be used as a travel bed when it is opened, which has collected 150 million won through crowdfunding in Korea. In addition to the function of a carrying bag, the i bag is a bag that becomes a fluffy bed when opened!
It was created with the idea of turning a transportable sling bag into a place to spend quality time with your kids and a relaxing, warm bed.
1. Fastener mesh cap with enough height for pets with long legs
It has a mesh cover so that it can be used in public transportation, and the height makes it easy for pets with long legs to enter.

When not using the mesh cover, it can be stored in the side pocket.
2. Multifunctional sling bag + tote bag that can be worn on both shoulders
To reduce the burden on only one shoulder, the bag can be used with either side facing forward.
If your dog is light weight, you can use it as a tote bag as shown in the image below.
3. What?! It comes with the popular Dingle-Dangle bag!
The attachment method features 2WAY of two touch buckle and Velcro.
It has excellent specifications that can be attached anywhere, and Velcro is used when passing through leads and harnesses!
When attached to a bag, attach it with a buckle!
There is a separate pocket on the inside that can store a poop bag, so you can use the remaining storage space to store your dog's snacks and small items!
4. One-touch buckle allows you to put it on and take it off with ease and not messing your hair
Many sling bags are put on and taken off through the head, which can be prove to be quite troublesome. However, PEEK-A-BOO BAG can be put on and taken off in 1 second with buckle on the shoulder strap!
In addition, the sling strap uses air mesh and PU material with excellent cushioning properties, realizing a comfortable use for a long time.
5. Pocket for ice packs and hot warmers
There is a pocket to insert ice packs and warm warmers depending on the season.
This creates a more relaxing space for temperature sensitive dogs.
6. Excellent durability and ultra-lightweight materials reduce the burden on the owner
The design goals of iCANDOR are "peace of mind for pets" and "convenience for owners".
The PEEK-A-BOO BAG is highly durable, but it weighs lightly, and is made with an M size of 640g and an L size of 810g.
7. Various convenient side pockets and front pockets
The side of the bag has a small window for pets who like to look outside.
There is an expansion pocket on the other side, which is very convenient to store the items you need when you go out!
Unzip the zipper for a larger storage space which can easily store thick items such as brushes!
The front pocket has a hole for quick acces to your poop bags when in need.
It's very convenient because you don't have to look for a bag every time you poop!
Also, you won't forget your poop bag when you go out, so you can rest assured!
8. Highly durable, waterproof outer material and strong antibacterial lining
The polyester fabric used is a fabric originally developed by iCANDOR. It is made of two types of twisted yarn with a sense of pitch. It is a material that combines the strength of durability!
Both sides are "WR processed" and the back side is "PU processed", so it is durable and suitable for "life waterproofing"!
The inner fabric is a surface that your dog will come in contact with directly for a long time, so iCandor used an anti-bacterial fabric that prevents the inhabitation of bacteria and has undergone antibacterial treatment!

- SHIPPING COST -
We aim to provide the most affordable rate to everyone all over the world! All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is calculated either by actual weight or volumetric weight.
The cost for heavy and bulky items can be really exorbitant. You may use a forwarder or contact us hello@creaturelandstore.com and we can try to work a way for you!
- COURIER SERVICES -
We use DHL eCommerce/Express, UPS worldwide saver, Aramax, SF Express and Speedpost. All shipping methods comes with tracking.
- TRANSIT TIME -
The transit time for each destination country will be displayed at checkout along with the shipping cost.
For Speedpost Standard and Speedpost Priority, you may refer the list here.
Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

- RETURNS -
If you wish to return an item, email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com within 3 days from the date order is delivered. We will issue you a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and guide you through the return process.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Return that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and the package until we receive it so please make sure your item is insured and/or able to be traced.
We do not accept return for food, litters, sanitary goods, gift cards, toys, health and personal care items and sale items.
- EXCHANGES -
Please note you can only exchange for incorrect items received. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it for a store credit and purchase the new item separately.
Exchange is not guaranteed and is subjected to our review of the returned product.
All shipping charges of the replacement item will be cover by you along with any relevant import duty and tax charges will that may apply.
- REFUNDS (if applicable) -
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, a refund store credit will be credited to your account within 3 working days.
Do note that when you return an item, you lose the reward points you originally earned by buying the item in the first place.
- FAULTY GOODS -
Goods are faulty if they are received damaged or were a manufacturing fault occurs within 48 hours of purchase. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If you would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability.
- COLORS -
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
- LATE OR MISSING REFUND (if applicable) -
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your rewards tab that you will be able to access via the drop page under rewards program or the tab on the bottom left, if still not in again try refreshing the page. But do note that there is often some processing time before a refund is posted, If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@creaturelandstore.com.
