Augustine's SuperBalm has been thoroughly examined and approved by ACO to make the 92% certified organic claim. While some products advertise that they are made with certified organic ingredients, not all are approved by an organic certification body and should not be using the word 'certified'. The remaining 8% is naturally derived and cannot be certified but is still approved for use in certified organic production.
Creams are on average 80% water and bacteria breeds in water, not in oil and butters. Producing a balm means that we do not have to use preservatives to prevent bacteria, in turn not compromising the product's organic integrity. Given that creams are 80% water, producing a balm means that we are not diluting the benefits of our ingredients, in turn producing a more potent and effective formula.
On the contrary to popular belief, most skin problems have an internal root-cause. It is only a smaller percentage of dogs that have a purely topical infection that these products can help address. The skin is the weakest organ and when nasties cannot be eliminated through the digestive system they tend to come out through the skin.
Our balm and bath can provide relief while our supplements (including Faith's Cleanse & Detox) restore gut balance and in turn address the root cause of skin problems. . Augustine's SuperBalm and Augustine's SuperBath will go after fungus and bacteria, soothe the skin and provide relief from irritations while our supplements get to work. The comparison I like to use is to a mosquito bite - if you leave it alone it heals quickly. If you continually scratch and pick at it, it becomes a lot worse.
The skin is a living organ and nasties are continually being expelled (sometimes for weeks or months), hence why 1-2 Augustine's SuperBaths may not be enough. While Augustine's SuperBath is extremely powerful and effective at attacking fungus and bacteria topically, customers may struggle to keep up with regular bathing and it can also be difficult to submerge some dogs for minutes at a time, especially larger dogs or those that do not like water. It is also time consuming to bathe dogs daily. Augustine's SuperBalm offers ease and convenience, especially in hard to bathe areas like the ears. Ideally the two should be used together, reducing the frequency of bathing.
Apply to troubled areas 1-3 times a day.

We aim to provide the most affordable rate to everyone all over the world! All shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is calculated either by actual weight or volumetric weight.

We use DHL eCommerce/Express, UPS worldwide saver, Aramax, SF Express and Speedpost. All shipping methods comes with tracking.

Most of our parcel deliver within the given transit time. However, some delivery may take longer due to customs clearance, festive season, unforeseeable natural disaster and local postal service.

What to Expect: Step-by-Step

Buyer Responsibilities
You are responsible for paying import duties in a timely manner and for ensuring your order complies with your local import regulations. Failure to comply can lead to return-to-sender, storage fees, or abandonment of goods. If a shipment is returned or discarded, no refund will be issued for the product or shipping costs.

We accept returns within 7 days from the date your order is delivered for:

To request a return, please email us at hello@creaturelandstore.com or WhatsApp us at +65 8890 5339 within 7 days of delivery. We will guide you through the return process.
Items must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With tags attached
In the same condition as received
Returns that are damaged, soiled, or used will not be accepted.
For reasons other than defective items or size exchange, approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit with no expiration date.
Please note:
Store credit is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the parcel until it safely reaches us. We strongly recommend using a traceable and/or insured shipping service.
If your item is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp.
Upon review and approval, we will:
Replace the item with a new one, or
Exchange it for another item of your choice (subject to availability)
Items damaged due to normal wear and tear are not considered defective.
Exchanges are available for:
Incorrect items received
Size exchanges (within 7 days of delivery)
All exchanges depend on stock availability at the time of request.
If you wish to exchange for a different product (not due to defect or incorrect item), we recommend returning the item for store credit and placing a new order separately.
Shipping fees for replacement items and any applicable import duties or taxes will be borne by the customer.
All approved returns will be refunded in the form of store credit with no expiration date.
Store credit will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.
